Brief summary:
Some of the new organisation was presented.
Each Group Head is to provide a budget preparation, listing items, why they are
needed, what happens if you don't get it. We have to submit SciTech requests by
Oct 31st for the fiscal year starting Apr 2021.
We will discontinue PI when our current license expires.
The spreadsheet started by Fabrice will be used for summaries of FTE to
projects. Fill it in, as done by Robert so far. Chapman and the workshop will
fill in total time spent on each project (but does not need to be broken down by
employee). Could also be by task, if that is easier.
Action Nigel: find out if the monthly summaries of project times can be made
more useful: give hours worked on projects (not % which needs knowledge of
holiday time, work week length etc.).
We will continue bi-weekly meetings on Wednesdays at 1 pm; max. duration until
2:30 pm.
