  • All participants in the poster session are expected to uphold our shared values of well-being, respect, inclusion, collaboration, and mentorship, and to treat one another with respect and decency at all times. Questions, discussions, and polite scholarly debate are encouraged, but we also ask that participants be mindful that their words and actions allow for the participation of the entire community.

  • Discriminatory or harassing behaviour will not be tolerated, and will result in immediate removal from the meeting.

  • If you believe that you have been subject to or have witnessed behaviour that violates this code of conduct, please contact any of the organizers.
