Description
TRIUMF uses the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training programs. In addition, TRIUMF uses the TapRooT® system for root cause investigations. This session will discuss how these two systems integrate as part of the continual improvement cycle for training programs. The presentation will briefly review the processes, procedures, document templates and other tools TRIUMF has put in place to facilitate the continual improvement of it's training programs.
