LEAP2027 imposes a mandatory meal package as part of your registration fee.
Breakfast and dinner is not included with your guest room stay.

Daily dinner and breakfast can be purchased during registration. They are 5-day packages.
Sunday, May 20 and Friday, May 22 can be purchased at checkout.
Walk-in purchases (i.e. meals that are not pre-purchased) are based on space and food availability. The restaurant may refuse you entry.
Late registration fee charge — DATES
Student definition: You have not defended your PhD, and are giving the talk/poster on behalf of the institution where you were or are a student, and have not started a post-doc position yet.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be requested by email to LEAP2027@triumf.ca by 2027-06-15 (30 days prior to conference start). Cancellations after this will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee. This policy also applies to extra tickets for social functions. Refunds for no-shows may be granted under extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the conference organizers. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Early Payments:
Early payment registration fee is based on the date the payment is completed, and NOT on the date the registration is made. To ensure you receive the early registration fee, please complete your payment prior to 2026-01-10.
