Please join us for an Appreciation BBQ, filled will great food, music, games, and camaraderie.
In order to maintain food-safety and allow adequate time for everyone to obtain their meals, we will be limiting the time for food-pickup from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. Please ensure that you pick-up your meal within this time frame. We will not be able to guarantee any food after 2:30pm. In the event that there are leftovers, ONLY at 2:30pm will we open the buffet for seconds to anyone that would like some more lunch.
Upon closure of the registration database on August 1st, we will send a follow-up email, ONLY to those that registered, with further details on the BBQ and instructions on how to pick up your drink tickets. Please ensure that you pick up your tickets BEFORE the start of the BBQ.
Your MUST register in order to attend. This allows us time to provide the correct number of attendees for catering and dietary restrictions.
