- Thursday, February 11 — 16:00–17:30 (hotel lobby), then moves upstairs outside Salon A/B for the remainder of WNPPC
18:00–21:00 (outside Salon A/B) - Friday, February 12 — 08:00–10:30 | 18:30–22:00
- Saturday, February 13 — 08:00–11:30
- Sunday, February 14 — 08:00–end

All talks will be held in Salon A/B. The program starts Thursday, February 11 after dinner at 19:00.

🥂 Reception
Thursday, February 11, after the last talk, in the Atrium.
Drink tickets for the Welcome Reception are included in your name badge package.
🍽️ Banquet
Saturday, February 13 — Grand Salon A/B
Banquet is included in your registration package. A coloured ticket with your choice of food at the banquet is included in your name badge package — please place the ticket on the table to assist the servers.
☕ Meals and Coffee Breaks
Daily breakfast is included with your guest room. Reception, banquet, daily lunch, dinner and coffee breaks are included in your conference registration fee.
Companions who have purchased the full-meal package have lunch and dinner included in their registration fee, in addition to the reception and banquet.
Lunch: Bagged lunch meal tickets can be found in your name badge registration package. Those who ordered bagged lunches, please come to the dining room and exchange your ticket for a bagged lunch.
