🏨 Accommodation Booking
Individual bookings must be made directly with the Hôtel Château-Bromont by January 11th, 2027, using the online reservation code (TRIUMF Conference) or by telephone at 1-888-276-6668. Please mention that you wish to book with the TRIUMF Conference group.
📅 Booking Deadline
After this date, booking availability cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to release any unconfirmed rooms. Room blocks cannot be reduced beyond the amount permitted under the partial cancellation (attrition) terms below.
💳 Payment & Cancellation
At the time of booking, a credit card number will be required to confirm the reservation. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the entire stay.
⏰ Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
- Late check-out: $20.00 per room/hour, subject to availability
