COVID Acknowledgment

All attendees must be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination to access the TRIUMF site. Verification will be done at TRIUMF when you collect your conference name tag . Please be prepared to provide documentation that you have received two (2) COVID vaccines. accepted by the Government of Canada for the purpose of travel to and within Canada. Please read the Indico page explaining requirements. The Organizers will keep all registered attendees apprised of any changes to the TRIUMF rules with regards to COVID.

Hotel Accommodations

The Gage Suites at UBC has a special workshop rate available for attendees. We will provide a link and instructions for booking at the negotiated rate when you have completed registration.

The Workshop will subsidize hotel accommodations for invited speakers for up to three nights. Bookings should be made through the link you will be provided upon registration, and will automatically deduct the subsidy. Please contact the organizers if you have any questions.

Meals

The Workshop will provide morning and afternoon coffee, as well as lunches on Wednesday, May 25 and Thursday, May 26, and a Workshop Banquet on Thursday, May 26, which is free for all registered attendees.

Dietary Restrictions

Please list any dietary restrictions you have. We will accommodate them to the best of our ability.
