How to upload the slides for your talk

Once your abstract has been submitted, reviewed and assigned a presentation type the contribution will be visible to you.

When it is time to upload the slides for your invited (plenary or parallel session) or contributed talk (parallel session) please go to 'My Contributions' from the menu selection on the left side of the page and locate your Oral Presentation.

Please name your talk "FirstNameLastName-Dayofyourtalk" (Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri) and use the pdf or ppt format.

-- Click on the title, which will open a window with your contribution.
-- Locate "Presentation Material" at the bottom of the page, and click on the pencil.
-- Choose "Add Materials to the Contribution".  You can 'drag & drop' your slides or poster from the file on your computer.

For your presentation on-site in Whistler:

If you have problems uploading your talk to Indico, please contact the following email address: nn2024presentations@triumfoffice365.onmicrosoft.com

In addition, we will have a "Speaker-ready" room in the conference center where you can upload your talk.

The Speaker-Ready room will be occupied daily from 7:30am – 8:30am for morning sessions and from 1:15pm until 2:00pm (except Wednesday) for afternoon sessions. In addition, the room will be available during registration on Sunday evening.

Plenary speakers can use their own laptops - please be in the plenary room 15min before the session to check the presentation setup.

Parallel session speakers should refrain from using their own computers to save time switching between talks. Please upload your talk either to Indico before the session or come to the Speaker-ready room at least 20min before your session with your talk on an USB stick.

The talks will then be transferred to the respective computers in the parallel session rooms.
