Tuesday Poster Session 1:
Posters are to be mounted Monday, July 21 and may remain up until noon WEDNESDAY.
Kindly remove your poster by noon on WEDNESDAY, July 23 (note: Wednesday is the Excursion Day)
Thursday Poster Session 2:
Posters are to be mounted Wednesday, July 23 and may remain up until end of day, Thursday, July 24.
Reminder: Kindly remove your poster at the end of the poster session you are in and discard what you do not wish to keep, or remove and take your poster with you.
The poster boards will have a single surface measuring 8’ x 4’ (2.44 m x 1.22 m) so they will accommodate two ARCH E or A0 sized posters in either landscape or portrait orientation.
There will be two independent posters on the same board arranged horizontally; Your poster MUST NOT exceed the dimensions of 4 feet x 4 feet or 122~cm x 122~cm. Your poster can be landscape or portrait, but must fit within this space.
Posters should be taken down by the end of the day on THURSDAY, July 24 or first thing Friday morning.
Any posters not removed by 08:00 a.m. FRIDAY, July 25 will be removed by staff and discarded.
