Banquet
Saturday, February 18
Location : Grand Salon A/B
Banquet is included in your registration package. A coloured ticket with your choice of food at the banquet is included in your name badge package. Please put the ticket on the table to assist the servers.
Meals and Coffee Breaks:
Daily breakfast is included with your guest room.
Reception, banquet, daily lunch, dinner and coffee breaks are included in your conference registration fee.
Companions who have purchased the full-meal package have included in their registration fee: lunch and dinner in addition to the reception and banquet.
Lunch:
Bagged lunch meal tickets can be found in your name badge registration package. Those who ordered bagged lunches, please come to the dining room, and exchange your ticket for a bagged lunch.
