We invite students and postdocs to register for the science week poster session and present their research! The number of accepted poster submission is limited: poster presenters will be contacted as soon as registration has closed.
Food and drinks will be served while you discuss each others research!
When?
Wednesday, July 24th, 2024 - 16:30.
Where?
In the fire lane where the coffee breaks are being held.
Poster specifications
Please make your poster in portrait mode. The maximum width for any poster is 25 inches. There is no height restriction.
Prizes!
First and second place of the poster competition will be rewarded with prizes! Winners will be announced at the BBQ on Thursday evening.
There is also a Peoples' Choice Award for the poster competition. Anyone can vote for their favourite poster at this link:
You may only vote once! The voting poll will be announced during science week and will be open from 14:30 on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 until noon on Thursday, July 25, 2024.
