Posters are to be mounted Monday, February 24 and will remain up until Thursday noon. You will kindly remove your poster by noon on Thursday and discard what you do not wish to keep, or remove and take your poster with you.
The poster boards will have a single surface measuring 8’ x 4’ (2.44 m x 1.22 m) so they will accommodate two ARCH E or A0 sized posters in either landscape or portrait orientation.
Your poster MUST NOT exceed the dimensions of 4 feet x 4 feet or 122~cm x 122~cm. Your poster can be landscape or portrait, but must fit within this space.
Posters should be taken down by NOON (12:00) THURSDAY, February 27.
Any posters not removed by Thursday, 14:00 will be removed by staff and discarded.
