Notes for Speakers
- Contributed talks are 12 minutes with 2 or 3 minutes for discussion.
- Invited talks are 25 minutes with 5 minutes for discussion.
- To keep the program on track, all talks will be given using one computer, and you will need to upload your talk prior to your session (don't wait until the last minute!).
How to upload your talk
- Go to the 'My Contributions' from the menu selection on the left side of the page (information to come) and locate your oral presentation.
- Click on the title, which will open a window with your contribution.
- Locate on the page "Presentation Material" at the bottom of the page, and click on the pencil.
- Choose Add Materials to the Contribution.
- You can "drag & drop" your video, slides, or poster file or choose to upload from a folder on your computer.
- PDF versions leave less room for error. If you upload a ppt, check it on the conference computer to make sure the format is unchanged.
