Guideline for Speakers

Notes for Speakers

  • Contributed talks are 12 minutes with 2 or 3 minutes for discussion. 
  • Invited talks are 25 minutes with 5 minutes for discussion.
  • To keep the program on track, all talks will be given using one computer, and you will need to upload your talk prior to your session.

How to upload your talk

  • Go to the 'My Contributions' from the menu selection on the left side of the page (information to come) and locate your oral presentation. 
  • Click on the title, which will open a window with your contribution. 
  • Locate on the page "Presentation Material" at the bottom of the page, and click on the pencil.
  • Choose Add Materials to the Contribution.
  • You can "drag & drop" your video, slides, or poster file or choose to upload from a folder on your computer.
