For those attendees staying at the Banff Centre who have pre-purchased meals, meal tickets can be found in the registration package and will be collected at the Vistas Dining Room. Please turn in the coloured ticket for the day/meal to the desk at the door.
Tickets for pre-purchased bagged lunches will be collected at the Vistas Dining Room. For attendees who have pre-purchased a bagged lunch and have told us about a food concern (GF, V, allergy…..), these lunches will be identified and put to the side.
NO meals, including bagged lunches, can be purchased after NOON Friday, February 7
If you have not pre-purchased Vistas Dining Room meals, you may purchase as a walk-in, but this is discouraged. Chef will be making the number of meals the Conference Organizer confirms as pre-purchased. This could mean that there may be insufficient food for all. Please consider pre-purchasing your meals.
Designated seats will be identified with a WNPPC sign.
Please remember other options for dining at Banff Centre are limited.
If you have not pre-purchased your meals please consider doing so to make your stay and your networking experience more pleasurable.
Food purchased from outside the Vistas Dining Room cannot be brought into the dining room.
