Thursday, February 13 -- Professional Development Centre (PDC). A table will be set up by the check-in/check-out desk in the PDC for the Banff Centre.

Welcome Reception:
Thursday, February 13, after the last talk.
The Reception will be held in Kinnear Centre, Room KC 305.
Tickets for the Welcome Reception will be provided when you register, and these are included in your conference registration fee.

Tickets for the banquet will be provided when you register, and these are included in your conference registration fee.
Meals and Coffee Breaks:
All meals including bagged lunches cannot be purchased after NOON Friday, February 7
Coffee and snacks are included in your conference registration fee. For those attendees staying at the Banff Centre who have purchased meals, meal tickets can be found in the registration package and will be collected at the Vista's Dining Room. Please turn in the colour for the day/meal.
If you have not purchased Vistas Dining Room meals, you may purchase as a walk-in, but this is discouraged. Chef will be making the number of meals the Conference Organizer confirms have purchased meals. This could mean that there may be insufficient food for all. Please consider pre-purchasing your meals.
Designated seats will be identified with a WNPPC sign.
Please remember there are limited options for dining at Banff Centre.
