Eligibiity for the early payment registration fee is based on the date the payment is complete, and not on the date the registration is made. To ensure you receive early registration fee, please complete your payment prior to 2026-02-27.

 

Important note: the in-house payment system has no connection with your Indico registration. The matching between your Indico registration and the payment fees is done in the back-end based on the information you provide on Indico and in the payment system.

 

Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be requested by email to xesat2026@triumf.ca by 2026-04-17 ( 30 days before the conference start). Cancellations after this will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee.
