TRIUMF House
We have secured a limited number of rooms at TRIUMF House (located 2 km from TRIUMF with a direct city bus connection). Those rooms are prioritized for Early-Career (Students and Postdocs) speakers.
After abstract acceptance the speakers in the above category will be contacted by the organizing committee to confirm their reservations (cost is incurred by the speakers - rooms and prices can be consulted here - to see the price choose a date different from the worshop dates since the rooms for those dates are all pre-booked). Reservations have to be confirmed by mid-March 2026.
From mid-March the remaining rooms will be released to the rest of the conference attendees.
