NOTE: The cut-off for the contracted block of rooms is Thursday, December 11. All rooms not used will be released. All rooms after that date needed to be booked will be based on availability. After the release date TRIUMF Conferences will have limited ability to assist you.
Booking Terms:
- Guarantee: A valid credit card must be provided at time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: In the event that a confirmed reservation needs to be cancelled, guests must call 1-800-207-4150 or 604-684-1128 prior to 11:59PM local time 3 days prior to arrival to request cancellation. This will avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room rate and applicable taxes. Please retain cancellation number for verification.
This is called a No-Show: If you have booked a room and your plans have changed, please contact the hotel as soon as you know you are not able to come to Vancouver otherwise you may be charged for the room nights you are not there.
PHISHING
Please be aware that bad actors can impersonate Hotel employees. Group should never rely solely on contact information sent in an email or respond directly to any email requesting a bank account information change. If Group receives a request from Hotel regarding bank account information, Group should contact the Hotel via verified phone number or in person to confirm the request prior to providing such information.
