Registration Fee

For catering purposes, all onsite participants are required to pay a registration fee.

Fee: C$265

Includes:

  • Coffee breaks and lunches (Monday–Thursday)
  • Reception during the poster session (Monday)
  • Workshop dinner (Tuesday)

Visa Invitation Letters

If you require an invitation letter for a visa, please indicate this during the registration process.

Receipts Requiring VAT

If you require a VAT number to appear on your receipt, please follow these steps during registration:

  • Check the box “Check to include VAT # on the PDF receipt.”
  • Enter your VAT number in the designated field.
  • Download and print the PDF receipt.
  • Ensure that the address fields on the receipt correspond to your Finance Department.
  • If the address is incorrect, return to your registration form and update the required fields before generating the final PDF.

Modifying Your Registration

You can modify your registration at any time using the registration link sent to you by email. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from conferences@triumf.ca containing your registration number to update your details.
