WNPPC2026 imposes a mandatory meal package as part of your registration fee.
Breakfast is not included with your guest room stay.

Thursday dinner and daily breakfast can be purchased during registration.
Walk-in purchases (i.e. meals that are not pre-purchased) are based on space and food availability. The restaurant may refuse you entry.
On-site registrations you will be asked to indicate your preference for Saturday and Sunday lunch.
Lunch options are: dining in Vistas restaurant or a boxed lunch to collect and eat off-site.
Off-site registrations have the choice to purchase boxed or dining in Vistas lunch only. One choice is only available for all three days for lunch. No Thursday or Friday dinner option is offered to off-site.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be requested by email to WNPPC@triumf.ca by 2026-01-12 (30 days prior to conference start). Cancellations after this will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee. This policy also applies to extra tickets for social functions. Refunds for no-shows may be granted under extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the conference organizers. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Early Payments:
Early payment registration fee is based on the date the payment is completed, and NOT on the date the registration is made. To ensure you receive the early registration fee, please complete your payment prior to 2026-01-10.
