Additional nights (up to 3 pre- and post-conference) can be booked at the same rates with the Banff Centre.
Please support the conference by booking a room in the contracted Conference Hotel! The conference is exposed to penalties for empty rooms.
- GUARANTEE - a valid credit card must be provided at time of reservation.
- DEPOSIT – First night room and tax will be charged at the time of booking. The balance is processed to the credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
- CANCELLATION – If cancelled or modified inside 30 days prior to arrival, the full room & tax is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will not incur an individual penalty.

The Guestroom rate is subject to a facility fee of $20.00+GST per room per night. This fee includes: Campus-wide Wifi, phone calls across North America, access to Sally Borden Fitness and Recreation facilities, parking access to Banff Centre Library and Archives and access to complimentary arts and programmed events when available.
Guestroom rates are subject to applicable taxes in effect at the time of the program, including 2% TIF, 4% ATL, and 5% GST.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Should you require a late check-out, a late departure charge may be applicable.

We have been made aware of aggressive companies pursuing our attendees to book guest rooms through their company. These companies are typically trying to steal your credit card information. We have secured a contracted group rate at the Banff Centre for WNPPC attendees. We are able to keep the venue costs and registration rate low by ensuring our attendees stay at the Banff Centre.
