Letters of Invitation:
If you require a Visitor Visa to enter Canada please act on this sooner than later. Register for EMISXX, indicate that you require an Invitation Letter in the registration process and follow up with an email to emis2025@triumf.ca.
Attendees from countries requiring a visa to visit Canada may request a visa letter by sending an email to emis2025@triumf.ca with the subject line: Family Name, Visa Letter (E.g. Smith, Visa Letter) to notify us of your request.

Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA):
As of March 15th, 2016, any delegates from visa-exempt countries will need to apply for an eTA (electronic Travel Authorization) before they can board a flight to Canada. The eTA costs C$7.00 and allows for pre-screening of visa exempt nationals. Please check here for details related to the eTA.
