We have been made aware that some individuals have received emails with the request to confirm accommodation and reservation details for their stay at Whistler and are signed with "Reservation Team". Those emails are not sent from a Fairmont or EMIS email address. Please DO NOT REPLY to these emails. Any communication from the Fairmont or the EMIS XX LOC will be clearly identified as being from an EMIS XX LOC member or the official Fairmont email.
Note, the online reservation link to access the group rate has now expired. If you still want to book accommodation at the Fairmont, please call them directly ((604) 938-8000) and let them know you are participating in EMIS XX.

 | Rooms: A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel for the conference participants from Sunday, October 19 through Friday, October 24, at a special conference rate of $279/night (Deluxe View). We encourage participants to book their rooms early. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons per room. Conference participants are asked to make their own room reservations at Fairmont Chateau via the group booking page to be eligible for the special conference rate. If you're looking for other conference participants to share a room to reduce costs, please email emis2025@triumf.ca. |
