Proceedings Submission Instructions
In line with EMIS conference tradition, the refereed Proceedings will be published in Nuclear Instruments and Methods B.
Eligibility
All contributions presented at the conference — including posters — are eligible for inclusion.
Page Limits
- Posters: up to 3 printed pages
- Oral contributions: up to 4 printed pages
- Invited talks: up to 5 printed pages

Please refer to the Guide for Authors section of the journal for formatting and templates. Please choose a 2 column format.
Submission Instructions
The submission platform for the special issue "Proceedings of the 20th International Conference on Electromagnetic Isotope Separators and Related Topics (EMIS 2025), TRIUMF, Whistler, Canada, 19 - 24 October 2025" is now open and authors can now proceed in submitting their papers to this special issue.
To start the submission process:
- click here to access the online system.
- Register or create a login if you are a new user.
- On the landing page menu, select "Submit a manuscript":
- To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the special issue, it is important that authors select "VSI: EMIS Conference 2025_Full Length Article or VSI: EMIS Conference 2025_Review Article" when reaching the "Article Type" step in the submission process:
- Continue to follow instructions in submission portal.
