The EMIS XX Welcome Reception will be held at the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre in Whistler on Monday, October 20th.
The Squamish Nation and the Lil'wat Nation created the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre through an unprecedented partnership with the goal of sharing their living cultures with the world. This spectacular venue is located on the shared traditional territories of the Squamish and Lil'wat First Nations in Whistler's Upper Village.
