Mount posters: Starting Monday, October 20 at 12:30 PM.
Posters remain up until: Thursday, October 23
Remove posters by: 10:30 AM on Thursday, October 23
Note: Any posters not removed by 10:30 AM on October 23 will be discarded by staff.
Poster Size Guidelines
Board dimensions: 8 ft x 4 ft (244 cm x 122 cm) – accommodates two ARCH E or A0 posters
Maximum poster size: 4 ft x 4 ft (122 cm x 122 cm)
Orientation: Portrait or landscape is allowed, but your poster must fit within the 4' x 4' area.
Poster Printing for locals in Vancouver
You are still responsible for printing costs and arrangements. But we got you a 15% discount code at Copy Smart in Wesbrook: EMIS25
Give your poster to Copy Smart as PDF and apply the code at checkout. The need time for the print. To make sure you get it in time, the deadline is October 15 so you can pick it up yourself and make it to the conference.
