Posters are to be mounted Monday, October 20th, and will remain up until Thursday, October 23rd. You will kindly remove your poster at the end of day on Thursday and discard what you do not wish to keep, or remove and take your poster with you. Any posters not removed by noon Thursday, October 23 will be removed by staff and discarded.
The poster boards will have a single surface measuring 8’ x 4’ (2.44 m x 1.22 m) so they will accommodate two ARCH E or A0 sized posters in either landscape or portrait orientation.
Your poster MUST NOT exceed the dimensions of 4 feet x 4 feet or 122 cm x 122 cm. Your poster can be landscape or portrait, but must fit within this space.
